Mesquite wood is one of the most dimensionally stable hardwoods available. It is 2 1/2 times harder than oak. We have 4/4 and 8/4 Mesquite lumber up to 5' lengths in stock. We also custom mill any thickness.
All lumber is air-dried by the West Texas winds which we have in abundance.

Shipping: We usually ship by Fed Ex Freight. Quotes for shipping can only be made after lumber is stacked and weighed.

This piece of mesquite is green. It has been run through a planer. It has 9.42 BF of usable lumber. It measures 12" X 56.5" x ¾”. It has a couple of fissures at one end that can easily be bonded with 2 part epoxy. Terry uses 2 part epoxy in his own works. Cost is $66 plus shipping of $25. Please use reference #MB105

Mesquite Pen Blanks
These pen blanks are Mesquite which was harvested in the Abilene, Texas area. They are sold in lots of 10. This is a stock photo and is used for the sale of all pen blanks sold. Each blank measures 1” X 1” X 5”. They are cut to within 1/8” of stated measurement. Each one is a solid piece of mesquite with few checks. If one has a small check, it will be on the edge of the piece and will not affect turning. Cost is $17.50 plus $7 shipping. Please reference "Pen Blanks".
